Guest violated rules taking pet and smoking in the house, what can I do?

Hello!

My house is strictly no pet and no smoking. 

The guest left yesterday and for my shock there is animal droppings (probably Guinea pig) everywhere, on the floor, in the beds and the house stinks cigarettes, they were heavy smokers. 7 days in the house so you can imagine the mess.

What can I do?

Can I charge them some disaster extra fee or all is left is to tell the world in a review how bad they are? 🤔

My cleaner is charging more for this job 😭

@Sam5251 yoiks . I would ask the guest for an extra cleaning fee .and inform Airbnb . I hope you took photos of these droppings . yuk . Do people keep guinea pigs in their beds now , oh no .i know many people have rabbits but why travel with them . I hazard that they may have a pet rat not a guinea pig or a rabbit, only because they are often kept on the owners body .yuk and super yuk . good luck H
