Hello Hosts
Rizwana here, I am a new host in Huntsville and i plan to do Airbnb in Muskoka. I would appreciate it if you could share with me some pro tips out of your experience like expected monthly income, avoiding losses, safety rules for both host and guest, property maintenance, screening guest, peak season, most booked price range, potential risks and things to be vigilant.
it would be great if you revert back
Thanks in advance

1. Do some market research to see what others are charging for similar places in your area and how many days you are likely to let each month
2. put together a profit and loss account with projected expenses and income this will give you likely profit levels
3. you can search on comparable listings for their house rules
4. Do your market research on pricing and likely high and low seasons .
This will give you likely profits @Rizwana1
