HELP Vacation Rental Insurance Companies

What Vacation Rental Insurance Company are you using?  I was using CBIZ and they stopped insuring.  Before that I was using Proper.  I went back to Proper and they want $7100/yr for the same coverage CBIZ gave me last year for $1900
