I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 WEEKS TO GET PAID FOR 2 SEPARATE RESERVATIONS!
I have sent messages to Support
I have emailed brian@airbnb.com & brian.chesky@airbnb.com
I have messaged through AirBnB's Twitter, Facebook & Instagram Accounts
I have called MANY times, many times these calls have been over an hour long
In all of my correspondence I have included my PayPal ledger showing the gap in payments and missing payments, and included a letter from PayPal confirming they have not received the payments.
I have repeatedly asked for TRANSACTION ID NUMBERS from AirBnB (they are not listed on AirBnB's Transaction History, they will only show on completed payments once they hit PayPal.
I cannot get past the Resolution Center to the Payment people with AirBnB. The Resolution people say the Payment people are the only ones that can help.
Any ideas??? I am a complete loss.
