Currently Airbnb owes me $826 for a reservation in December 2019. They usually pay me while the reservation is happening, but for some reason they didn’t do their job. Now I am being told by them that I will have to wait until they receive the payment from the guest. I feel this is so unfair and they should pay me and then figure it out with the guest since they didn’t collect it. I have been communicating with them for weeks and they seem to ignore me and brush me off. Has this happen to anyone else? Any recommendations?
