Has anyone used Evolve? Do you recommend?

We have a new listing in Jefferson City, TN and live in Florida. Looking for a hosting agent. The only one I can find is EVOLVE. I don't have the  ability to be hands on at this point. Recommendations?

I strongly suggest you DON"T use Evolve. Just type evolve in the "Search the community" box above to see all the negative posts about them. The same goes for any large property management company. They will always insist on being named as primary Host with you as Co-Host. This means if you terminate your contract due to poor performance and negative reviews, all reviews stay with them and you will have to create another listing. Currently, Airbnb is not allowing duplicate listings; especially if their are negative reviews on the first one.

You are better off finding an Experienced Co-Host to help you. Airbnb has a platform just for that purpose:

Thank you @Joan2709 ! I have been seeing more and more negatives. Found a local co host and meeting with her Friday. Hopefully that works out!!
