Hault in reservations

Hello all, I noticed a decline in reservations since the summer started not sure if it’s the rain or something else in Florida to be exact Jacksonville Florida.

I have also noticed less people searching for long term rentals. Anyone else experiencing this ? 
Would love to hear your thoughts.

How is the competition in your area? Did you happen to get in touch with other Hosts from your area and discuss it?

If you are still looking for advice, I would recommend you to search our Community Center with the keywords ''Lack of bookings''. Many hosts have posted similar concerns, wherein our members have shared useful insights about it.
