Have not been paid in 3 months! Owed almost 10k!

Please anyone that is able to help me I would greatly appreciate it cause I have not been paid for nearly 3 months and on the foreclosure and Airbnb seems to not care because they keep giving me the runaround and I get nowhere and all I’m trying to do is have a account and my identity is verified and everything is verified and I just need to get my money because I am 100% done posting on AIRBNB platform after I Receive what I’m owed and finish out my existing reservations. This whole situation has been horrible.

What is Airbnb saying as to why you haven't been paid?

Unfortunately, all they keep saying is it’s a technical error and they keep passing me from person to person and they keep repeating the same three or four things over and over and over again and I just am at a loss as to what I need to do because I have been trying for literal months And I feel like I’m going crazy 😅
