Super excited for 2024 or are we? Things have been extremely slow here in Wilmington NC. Give a quick shout out on how bookings have been wherever you are. Just a thought,  we need to find out, if host are interested in Airbnb vacay swapping when the season is slow? Just a thought.

@Carolina-Riverfront0 2024 is sure to be better than 2023. There is nothing like a slow year to make people leave STR which means it will get better for those that stay.
