Help: pricing questions

Hi there

Id be really grateful for any advice.    I have an Airbnb and a guest has contacted me re: a discount for a long stay.   I have smart pricing off and base price set to 75$ per night.   Long stay discount is turned off.  It is a single guest.

When I use the calculator it says that my average nightly price is 57$ per night - why would that be?

Your listing shows a rate of 76,- AUD per night. The monthly discount is set to 24%, so then the price is approx 57,- .

it can be set in multiple ways.

If you have set it for the whole listing it is in:

Menu "Pricing and availibity", section "discounts", item "monthly discount"

If it is or a specific time period, it set as a custom discount (multiple ways available)
