Help w listing

I rent my home (the entire home) but lock off three bedrooms as most that stay there are families. I live on acreage w animals.  However occasionally i have a guest that wants to book 6 people not 5 my max.     Air bnb wont let them book even though i have the space and would allow them for an extra 100/nught.   If i list my house for 7 at $399 i will lower the families that can afford to stay there. What should i do

@Amy3173 In the pricing section you can add a $/night amount for guests over 5. This combined with making your max number of people 6 should solve your problem.

If however you are changing the number of bedrooms available then you need a second listing with calendars linked between the two.
