Hi
I’m hoping someone may be able to help me - I recently signed up with Lodgify a month ago and my listings have tanked big time, going from 1400 views a month to 170 and dropping everyday.
I have checked every setting there is, they say it’s all synching correctly but it’s too much of a coincidence that this has suddenly happened.
I completed onboarding with Lodgify and from their end they say it all looks good, no synch problems.
Ive double checked descriptions, photos etc
I do use pricelabs as well and have done for the last year could it be a setting there?
Any insights? Any advice? I’ll try anything at this point it’s coming into my peak season - help!
Thanks

Hi Annie2074,
You’re definitely not alone — I’ve been feeling the same drop lately, and I also use Lodgify’s built-in domestic pricing (not Pricelabs). My views went down right after connecting the integration too, so I understand how stressful this feels going into peak season.
Here are a few things that often cause a sudden dip after using Lodgify:
1. Lodgify may have pushed a new minimum stay or nightly rate to Airbnb
Sometimes the PMS sends a rule that’s stricter than what you had before (like a higher minimum stay, or higher base price), and Airbnb instantly reduces visibility.
2. Double-check Lodgify → Airbnb sync settings
Make sure Lodgify is actually syncing:
• availability
• pricing
• rules
• calendar
If even one of these is out of sync, Airbnb lowers performance.
3. The title/description sync can temporarily reset ranking
When a PMS updates your content (even if nothing changed), Airbnb sometimes treats the listing like it’s “newly edited” and it takes time to climb back in search.
4. Check for blocked dates or gaps
I’ve seen Lodgify randomly block dates after syncing. If your calendar looks full or patchy, Airbnb won’t show your listing.
5. Sync delays can cause Airbnb to think your listing isn’t “fully available”
If Lodgify sends updates slowly, Airbnb reduces impressions until the sync frequency stabilizes again.
You’re doing everything right by checking your settings — and I’m going through something similar, so you’re truly not alone. PMS integrations always cause a dip at the beginning, but once everything stabilizes, your listing usually bounces back.
