Also as soon as you get a booking your listing will be unavailable for the days booked. You need to duplicate your listing a few times I am afraid.

@Kamakshi0  Your listing is set up incorrectly. If you have 40 rooms for rent, you need 40 separate listings. As it is listed now, I could book 40 rooms for the price of 1.

The one room you have listed looks nice and I assume that the price is reasonable for your area.

Airbnb is not really designed for hotels and if you want to rent more rooms you will have to list each one separately.

 I would suggest that you also try Booking.com, Travel Advisor, Expedia, and other online booking apps that are popular in India.
