Hold on payouts for over one month with no response or support

Hello- We received a request for information on our account 1 month ago, and submitted the required documents. A hold was placed on our account, and we were told the information would take 3- 5 days to be validated. It has now been over 1 month since we have received our last payout, despite hosting over 16 different groups across our 2 properties over the past month. 

 

I have called the hotline almost every day in the past week, receiving the same message that "our case would be escalated and we would receive a call in the next 1-2 days". No one has ever called us or given any update. As long-term superhosts, the failure to provide any updates or meaningful information about why our payouts have been held is unfair, and costly as we are unable to pay our bills. We are extremely frustrated and at a loss as to when this issue will resolve itself.

 

Is anyone else experiencing the same challenges? Are there any other contact numbers aside from the superhost hotline? Any ideas as to what we can do?
