Home inspection- Certificate of Use Miami Dade County

I have several rooms (efficiency) published with Airbnb and for 3 years the city of Miami Dade demanded to inspect them in order to continue booking, the first 2 inspections there were no problems, but this year the inspector denied it, claiming that I did not comply due to being efficiency, for having a kitchen, because it must be connected to the main house and several other reasons that I do not understand. I have never faced this type of problem with the city and I do not know how to do it, if there is someone who handles well and defends this type of rape case, please contact me soon so that I can advise or defend me legally and avoid a greater damage than what the city is already causing me. I decided to pause all the ads until I find a solution, so finding someone to help me deal with this is vital and urgent.

Rape cases are horrific cases to do with sexual assault NOT business matters such as licenses for STR rentals. @Richard301

Hello Richard I was thinking of doing this in one of my houses as well. did they say because it was unpermitted ? or just because of something else?  I have seen garages effiecny still on airbnb in miami. Thanks let me know what happened.
