I have several rooms (efficiency) published with Airbnb and for 3 years the city of Miami Dade demanded to inspect them in order to continue booking, the first 2 inspections there were no problems, but this year the inspector denied it, claiming that I did not comply due to being efficiency, for having a kitchen, because it must be connected to the main house and several other reasons that I do not understand. I have never faced this type of problem with the city and I do not know how to do it, if there is someone who handles well and defends this type of rape case, please contact me soon so that I can advise or defend me legally and avoid a greater damage than what the city is already causing me.
