Home insurance Obie?

Anyone heard of Home insurance company called Obie or have any experience with it? Recommend or not? I looked up online and came across them. I have trouble finding home insurance for my SRT property (of course) to have coverage of more than $500K. The home is in the U.S. and all except one companies I call said it either has to be my primary resident (but it's not) or the coverage has to be less than $500K (but it's not). So, I'm stuck with Liberty Mutual but there premium has gone crazy.
