Host fee went from 3 percent to 14 by itself

Host fee mysteriously went from 3 percent to 14 percent. I borrowed a computer and changed it back only to have it happen again. I have thousands of dollars in guest fee I’m paying for because it was switched without my knowledge. Can anyone suggest how I get my money back without canceling the guest reservations ? TIA

The host-only fee structure (host paying all fees) is sometimes an obligation, for example when the host uses external software to manage the bookings. The advise from Airbnb is to increase the listing price with same percentage, so your earnings will be the same and the guest pays same total price.
