Hi can anyone give advice for insurance, i've been told I have to get commercial insurance for my holiday home and without it won't be covered for earthquakes, I was quoted $6,800

@Elia2161 I would contact a broker to discuss this. It makes little sense that a rental is only covered for earthquake damage if commercially insured UNLESS you are looking for loss of use insurance in the event of an earthquake.
