Host only fee

I have a question about the service fee. I thought properties were automatically added to the Host only fee now but I still see that my properties are in the guests/host service fee. I would rather be in the host only fee to attract bookings.

It there is an option to change, I cannot find it anywhere on my dashboard.

Airbnb wrote to UK hosts about this last year. If you use a channel manager or are a larger property management company you will now pay host & guest fee.

you just need to adjust your pricing so you make the same profits as before. @Debbie901 

it won't make any difference in terms of booking as in the UK guests see the total price.

currently if you haven't increased your costs to cover the guest fee that will be eating into your profits
