Hosting AirBnB In Bali

Hi Everyone,

I’m a big fan of AirBnB, have been using AirBnB since 2020 and have stayed in 30 plus AirBnBs in 15 different countries.

Now, I would like to start hosting in Bali and need your guidance and inputs since I’m completely new to this business.

I wanted to understand the requirements to start this business, is it possible to sub-lease properties since I don’t plan to buy and start, what kind of licenses are required infact everything about AirBnB in Bali (Indonesia)

I found an article about Business licensing in Bali  which might start you off. I also wanted to invite a couple of hosts from Bali that may be able to give you some host-to-host advice: @Benedictus0 and @Dwi668 - can you offer @Selvin6 any advice on hosting in Bali?

You can find out what STR licenses are required by checking with your local government @Selvin6  (airbnb is just one of many STR companies).

if you want to do arbitrage then join one of the arbitrage groups .
