Hosting in Bay Point, CA

Hello Fellow Hosts,

I'm considering turning my home into an Airbnb instead of selling it.  I did that with a home in Corpus Christi, TX and it has definitely been profitable.  I'm planning to move to Corpus Christi and I've been considering Airbnbing my home in Bay Point, CA.  I see the number of homes available has slightly increased but I would love to connect with a host in my area to ask other questions of what works better, renting the entire home or per room?

What a great idea and you have past experience to go off of. I tried to locate some Hosts in Bay Point to tag here but didn't get much luck. Have you joined your Local Host Club? That might be able to connect you with Hosts in your area and get the support you need.
