Hello,

 I am a very successful host of 5+ yrs from Arizona. But here on the west side of Indianapolis, I am getting no bites. Zip, zero, nada.  I am wondering if Airbnb is just not that popular here, or what?

What market research did you do around supply and demand for your new property in Indiana before deciding to list there @Liz140 ?

 

 Many areas are now suffering from oversaturated markets coupled with falling demand because of the cost of living crisis.
