Hosting in New York City has become a nightmare I wonder if you guys have an opinions about investing in NYC Airbnb and are other states different. Is it the Airbnb app in general just slowing down ?

its the regulations and also the fact that they made the city a sanctuary city for

migrants and I feel like people are cutting back from traveling to NYC. The lack of tourist and strict regulations are the main problems. You can’t host for less than 30 days it’s insane to me.
