Hosts with properties out of town

I was wondering if there are hosts out there that have properties in a different city than where they live. I’d be interested to talk to them about how they went about it.  I’d like to buy one in another city and expand my portfolio.

Hello @Judy807 , I have come across different threads where hosts share their experiences managing their listings from different countries. Recently, @Conor143  was seeking advice based on his experience as a Canadian host in Mexico. I thought you could reach out to him and share some ideas.
