Good day, friends.
Can you please tell me how you registered your property and how much time it took? Also, how much tax do you pay on the income received from renting out the property?
I have just created an account and I'm having trouble understanding this issue. I would appreciate any help.

@Olha34 Listings are usually available to book within 24-48 hours of you publishing it.
Taxes depend on your country but in most countries they are very similar to Income Tax but you can usually offset things like insurance, Airbnb fees, heating, lighting etc. In some countries it istreated as earned income, others passive income. You really need an accountant if you can't find the info for your country online.
