Hi,
We have been hosting for two years now and have been doing ok with our pictures. We found this website http://do360now.com that does virtual tours for real estate. Here's a Sample of 360 Virtual Tour for showing the properties
The way it works is that they come and shoot pictures with a 360 camera and then they provide a link similar to what I have on the top where you can add to your listings or website.
We can't seem to be able to add this link to our pictures or to our discription. Does anybody know how we could add 360 Virtual Tour to our listing?
Thank you indvacned,
Clement

Create a QR code with the 360 virtual tour hyperlink and add it to your photos on Airbnb 🙂
I've also made a virtual tour for our property.
We paid 350,00eur for the service.
As someone mentioned before I also beleive this is the future.
Booking portals such as Expedia.com already offers virtual tours for proeprties on their portals.

Would like to see an Expedia.com version. Are you able to share?
Yesterday photographers for a major media outlet left my place (3 days), and they had (8) 360 camera lenses strewn about the place, monitoring them separately; including one mounted on my bird tower with birds flying an out and sometimes staring at the lenses. It was an experienceto watch all this, needless to say.
P.S. The 360 lenses were really two fish eye lenses back to back, made in Sweden.
Hopefully Airbnb will support soon.

So, with 76 replies to this post (as of today), has AirBnb figured out a way to add 360 tours to listings or at least allow hosts who have already invested in this no-brainer way to show properties? It's getting past urgent and more into ridiculous now in 2018.
If anyone is looking for 360 virtual tour of their property in the Midwest, Omaha, Lincoln, and surrounding areas, I can shoot your property and host it. All you have to do is include the link in your listing and your guests can view it on their mobile or desktop. These tours are fully customizable, meaning you can have your logo, or buttons linking to a youtube video, etc.

I can't believe that after all this time nothing has been provided yet on Airbnb. It is the future in the hands of all being able to visit lodgings and spaces without even being there. Come on! The time is now!
Hi there, we provide virtual tours in the UK and would love to be a provider for Airbnb. I contacted them a few months ago after they announced their plans for virtual tours to find out how they were going to roll this out and to see if we could get on some sort of list of recommended suppliers or be involved with the trials in some way. We didn't get much news but we shall continue to keep our ear to the ground as this would be an amazing feature!!
...In the meantime, if any UK-based property owners are interested in commissioning independently - please do get in touch: [Link hidden as per the community guidelines]
I am renting a lot via airbnb and I think this would be a great feature. There is actually one thing you can do to make it possible : it's making a link in your description to an hosted 360 image of your property. Here is what I do to share my 360-degree photos :
1) Upload your image here : https://panoraven.com/share-360-photo
2) After the download, just copy the link and paste it to your description.
There you go!
I can’t believe all this time and Airbnb STILL does not allow you to post a URL of a Matterport walk through.
Yes is this true - there is still no way to add a matterport VR experience?
FYI, most of my new customers that last couple years are ex-matterport users. They jumped ship for several reasons. Not all the same but most were reasons why I don't recommend matterport to anyone. Kinda cool.. very overpriced.. and very incompatible since matterport is so proprietary and they are so stuck on themselves as a company they won't listen to their customers. It's their way and you better like it. Or go someplace else we don't need you attitude (since we charge so much... hahahahaha!). Jerks! Up to them what kind of business they run. Just wish they ran it in a much different way. Already cheaper alternatives popping up that can and will likely replace matterport for most of their clients. Just a matter of time.
Why use that instead of using a link from Google Photo's or YouTube? I already have enough accounts. I don't really wish to make anymore additional accounts than I need.
Other's seem more costly compared to a paid account with Google for $5/mo. Even cheaper if you pay yearly.
Sure photo's has a limit on origiginal however I can use it for storage and sharing. Two in one. YouTube has no limit.. and is free. I just don't get why more aren't using them. What do the others give you that you cannot get with Google for less $$? I'm still debating on what is best for me for actual VR Tours. So far I'm not really happy with anyone I've tried. Walkabout seems to be one of the best for the price but is very time consuming to create a Tour.
