How do I add a corporate name to an invoice?

Hi All,

I have a guest requesting to book at my place. He's travelling as an academic for a university. After he books he needs his Airbnb invoice to contain both his name & address of his university on it. I'm guessing so he can file it as an expense claim.

Is there a way of doing this?

You get a confirmation as a guest, and that would be generated from the information regarding the booking, there is no invoice option.

Anyway an issue for him to discuss with AirBnB.

That is something the guest needs to call Airbnb about.  You, as a host, don't have control over anything like that.  You just provide the place for your guest to sleep.

@Rob69 You guest will already have his name on his receipt.  He can add the university address by going to his receipt (through his itinerary) and adding any details, including an address, he wants.  🙂

You can just add your company name and VAT number to your invoice as described in this post one host shared with me https://airbnbase.com/invoice. Our financial department accept it without any issues.
