How do I find a co-host in my area?

I'm a host and am in need of support with cleaning, restocking, and managing my rental.

According to Airbnb's website, Airbnb offers a directory for co-hosts who want to support hosts https://www.airbnb.com/co-hosting/start, but don't have their own space. Where do I find this directory?

Does anyone have recommendations on where I can find someone to co-host and manage my property? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi! What is a fair wage for co-hosts doing the list you have provided? Those duties reflect ratings and it quick responses are crucial, so basically a co-host is "on-call". I have a friend who has asked me to co-host.

I have a relative who would like to help me set up and manage my Airbnb to give herself more experience in hotel/restaurant management. I am not sure what to pay her. The property is in an area where the minimum wage is $8.70. Do you have any advice on what a host should pay and assistant or cohost based on your experience?
