How do I get in touch with AirBnB Legal team?

Hello all,

I had raised an aircover request and this has not been approved, they've been stringing me along for weeks and today they have been very rude to me and disrespectful while approving the half amount for the request which was an pittance in the first place.

Could anyone give me the numbers of their legal team please? I beleive if they go into arbitration they can do another estimation and see what the true costs are.

The team in India who is coming up with the numbers have no clue what they are talking about.

There are no direct Airbnb phone numbers  only via Airbnb customer services .  @Bern1888 

The Airbnb guarantee is limited and doesn't offer replacement costs for damaged property only depreciated amounts .

thats why hosts should take out their own home insurance for short term let's .

you can pay to go to arbitration if you are unhappy with the outcome of your claim. You get the money back if the arbitration goes in your favour

The cost was for deep clean for smoking and stain removal as one of my guests claimed he would not smoke and ended up holed in his room for almost a week smoking like an chimney. Now I have to get this taken care of. I raised an request and they paid me half. They keep closing all my tickets, it seems like I have to find an lawyer. I have Home Insurance but that is not to be used for this. They take care of serious stuff not this kind of things. 

The estimate on this is almost 10X what I asked them, so probably arbitration is the way to go with MY lawyers since AirBnB has no lawyers, just a bunch of monkeys who have no courtesy, stonewall and keep closing my tickets. Shame on AirBnB Customer Service.
