Only 80% of guests leave a review. We have almost all 5* reviews so I know we are doing it right but once a guest leaves they don’t leave a review at all. What am I missing?

@April509 the only thing you can do is send a message just before they leave to remind them to leave a review , please ,and whatever else you send in your final message . They are not bound to leave a review and asking will sometimes precipitate a bad review , but are you sure that your reviews are Airbnb reviews . Some people with booking .com leave reviews there and they never turn up at Airbnb, even though these guests appear to be Airbnbs guests all the way along... H
