How many digits are on a gift card

I scratched of the foil on my card and there were 12 numbers, but my account won’t accept them!!!

I asked AI.....😀

It says the cardnumber is typically 19 digits and the PIN 13 digits.

Which is also shown on some sample card pictures displayed by Google search.

In addition to Emiel's insights, I found some advice on 👉 this page regarding what to do if you have a gift card issue: 

• Double check the card number and PIN. While it sounds simple, long alphanumeric codes are easy to misread!

• If your card has already been redeemed, ensure your card has a balance.

• Ensure your transaction can be paid for with a gift card. While most are eligible, gift cards can’t be used for payments related to the Resolution Center or collections.
