My husband and i have a listing but we are going to be very bussy in the future months and we were thinking in getting someone to co host our place while we are busy or out of town?

How much does a co host gets paid?

It all depends on how much the Co Host does for you. My Co Host is my husband. He takes care of the utility bills, and taxes. He gets 15% from me. Our Airbnb is booked 2/3 of the year.

This reply may be a bit mis-timed considering Hurricane Florence, but I at least wanted to make sure that I was on your radar.

I'm managed and co-hosted an airbnb in the Florida Keys (Islamorada), and 3 villas/apartments in Italy. My experienced included greeting guests and making sure they were comfortable, changeover, cleaning, supply management and overall hospitality. While co-hosting the apartment in Pisa, Italy, the property went from guests not leaving replies to superhost status.

I'd love to talk to you more about your opportunity. I'm currently in Raleigh and my base will be in Wilmington.

Not sure if it’s considered co hosting but I made an arrangement with a friend to come in an hour before the next guest arrives when I’m at work to do quality control and I pay her $25 30-40 mins work to make sure the cleaner followed our checklist.
