How to access Calendar for 2022

I need to access my calendar for April 2022 - March 2023, how do I do this?

It depends on what you are looking for?  If you just want to look at the calendar, click Calendar and switch to year view at the top. If you want actual reservation information, go to Menu/Reservations.

Hi @Mairi38 

You don't really change the year, you click the radio button to "year" then hit apply. You'll see a scroll bar to the right. Scroll all the way up to the top. You should see January 2022.

For Reservations, go to your list and highlight "Completed". Then click Check-in Date and you'll see a little down arrow. That will change the reservations to start at your oldest and go forward. Click again, and it will revert to newest to oldest.

@Mairi38 Oh dear - Did you get one of those nasty VOA audits?

I think your best bet is to go to insights then earnings then transaction history. You then need to download a csv file (which you can manipulate in excel) for the relevant dates. I think everything you need will be in this file. Shout if you need more help.

Not wishing to appear a smartass but I keep an excel file with every booking so had most of the info available to me.
