I applied for a Short Term Rental license in November, and just got approval today. However, when I applied, I did not have an AirBnb listing, and was told that once I do have a listing, I will need to update my application.
Now I have a listing, and when I try to make the listing public on AirBnb, I'm being told that my listing ID does not match my OSE Short Term Rental application. I guess this is because when I filled out the application I did not have a listing ID. But, when I go to the OSE website, I don't see a way to add my AirBnb listing ID. So, how do I add a listing to my application?
I tried emailing and calling OSE, but so far no response, and they never answer the phone.

Hi, not sure if your issue is already resolved, but I'll put this here for anyone who needs it. We experienced the same thing and finally got it resolved today. We had to set our listings to long term rentals so that we could publish the listing. Then, we emailed OSE the registration number and listing ID, so they can get the registration associated with the listing ID. For me, they responded in about 4-8 days between each email. Once they put the registration and listing ID together, we could add it to the listing in Airbnb and change to short term rentals again. Hope this helps!

Hi @Rebecca , I heard back from OSE via email, they asked me send them a link to the listing. But, I'm not sure how to do that since the listing isn't live, and I can't make the listing live because OSE does not have the listing ID registered in their system. So, it's a Catch-22 type of situation.
Anyway, I sent the listing ID to ISE, that was 9 days ago, and I still have not heard back. Any suggestions for how to move forward?
