How to become a photographer for AirBnb?

Hello! I had previously thought that AirBnb worked with freelance photographers and other creative talent to facilitate photoshoots and styling. Is that not the case anymore? How do I apply to become a photographer for AirBnb if I live in Connecticut / near New York?
