How to change my Tax information?

Hello I have a listing Unit in the Philippines and Airbnb deducted me tax here in Saudi Arabia. I am a Philippine citizen and our Bank link account is Philippine Bank. Pls.help i don't know what to do? in Airnb Tax information their is no option Philippines only US,EU and Another country/region but when i selected this one Another country/Region it will appear that "Tax info not available for your country" and when you put add Vat Id number in the country/region selection their is no Philippines. Pls. Help dont know how to change i am confused:(

@Ella5697 what are the tax rules in Saudi Arabia. I didn't even know they had income tax but perhaps they levy it on your income no matter where it comes from?
