As per the following message 19 September, I tried several times to confirm my Account, but I couldn't complete the process. May I know the reason? Please help me.

We did not hear back from you regarding our request for additional details about your account. As a result, we were unable to complete your account’s verification. Until we hear back from you, your ability to receive a payout is paused.

Yes, I called Airbnb Customer Services.
However, the system did not allow me to verify my KYC.

I am waiting from 29 September to release my on-hold payments.
I received the following message from Airbnb in this regard:
"Hello Gayani,
We appreciate you being with us. As we have discussed, we followed up with your previous case regarding with your as per checking here, our specialized team is reviewing your account details, and we’ll let you know if anything else is required. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as our review is complete.
As we have checked earlier, you have already submitted a form before and that is why our specialized team is able to receive your ticket which they are working out regarding your missing payout. There is no estimated timeframe in regard to this since this is under our specialized team however they shall give you an update to the email registered to your account.............."
Anyone, please advise on getting my on-hold payments from 29 September 2025.

Access KYC directly from your Airbnb account (without the link)
Often you can bypass the broken link.
Go to:
Account → Payments & payouts → Payout methods → Verify identity
OR
Account → Personal info → Identity verification
If you see any alert like “Action needed” or “Complete verification”, tap it.
Btw also check if your government ID is accepted make sure you use Passport, Driver’s License or National ID

Thanks for your guidance.
I went to: Account → Personal info → Identity verification = (verified)
and
Account → Payments & payouts → Payout methods → Verify identity = (Account verified as DEFAULT).
Btw my national ID is also accepted by the system.
Moreover, I received the payments until 20 September, but from 21 September, I haven't received the payments, and the system shows the payment as on-hold.
Now I am struggling without payments and proper guidance.
