How to get the “no service fee” badge

How to get the “no service fee” badge as circled in the picture. My listing currently covers all fees but I don’t have this appearing on my listing. My listing link: Airbnb.com/h/disneystay3

@Aiden5 You can switch on 'simplified pricing' in your account and this will appear on your listing. You will, of course, need to adjust your pricing as the host fee goes from 3% to 15% +VAT or sales tax.

Depending on your tax regime the additional gross income may cause other issues so do your research first.

I’ve had simplified pricing on for at least several months but I still don’t have the badge …
