Hi Fiona,

Your apartment Is lovely, however could u try adding more aesthetics or artificial plants to the apartment

Don’t take  pictures from above. Take pictures from your torso level and with a lot of natural light or yellow lights

try turning on instant book keep some kind of promotional offer to attract guest

Hi Fiona,

I can see the effort you’ve put into creating your listing—it looks great! Here are a few suggestions that might help enhance it further:

1. Improve the Photos – Bright, well-lit photos can make the space look more inviting and appealing to potential guests. Consider taking pictures with ample natural light or using a good-quality camera for the best results.

2. Enhance the Décor – Small touches can make a big difference. Matching neutral-colored soap and shampoo dispensers can create a more polished look, and adding some greenery—whether artificial or low-maintenance plants like succulents—can make the space feel more sophisticated and homey.

3. Seasonal Promotions Over Price Reductions – Instead of lowering your rates, consider offering seasonal promotions or value-added deals. Guests love a good bargain, and this can help attract bookings while maintaining your pricing strategy.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you’d like any further input.

Best,

Sneha

Hi Fiona! I agree with the other 2 comments. While I really appreciate the effort you put into your listing & all the pictures you took of the area your condo is in, the interior space lacks the wow factor. It looks a bit sterile to me. Not so inviting. Maybe a few throw rugs would help, & agreed- lighter, brighter pictures. Also, a big thing for me is a good bed & bedding. Maybe update those to make sure they are plush & beautiful looking.  One last thing, maybe include a better photo/s of the balcony are. I always appreciate outdoor space & appreciate when there is nice seating outside. Don’t forget about that area! I can tell you put a lot into trying to make a good experience for your guests with little added touches/gifts. That’s very nice!

Hi Fiona,

Thanks for letting us review your place/listing for you.  Here are some suggestions:

-Provide a better title - you don't need to say "free" twice.  Use the character space to come up with a title that will come up on searches.

-Your description has grammatical errors. You should put it into chat gpt and ask it to edit it for you.  You should make your description more about the experience that people will have staying in your space and the area.  Details about the space (rooms, beds, etc.) are in a separate area of your listing.

-Your first pic looks like an office.  Use the dining room as your main pic. - it is colorful and lively.  You should use these color throughout your space.

-when taking pics, remove the blue trash can from the kitchen and bathroom.

-Place colorful art above the beds. Bedding will look better in pics if they match.

-Add more pics about the amenities - spices, plates, cups, etc.

-You can hardly see the living room in your pics.

-Take a look at your reviews and make adjustments - add mirrors, mention about the shared bathroom, get WIFI.

Good luck with your space.

Really cute apartment and I love the pictures of sites in the area.  Gives the Guest a sense of excitement.

I think your slump is because your overall review rating, just under the Airbnb 4.8 Standard.  Current reviews are all 5s but a lot of Hosts miss this Review Categories not a single 5 given by a Guest.  Usually the Guest overall was pleased but something minor irritated them.

Cleanliness dings might be dust or a used sponge something small

Things like location value even check in dings  Update your ad listing  The Guest didn't have the right expectation.  Not a bad experience but not what I expected.  Stores farther or closer again something small.

Small things add up if not addressed.

To help get you traffic again.  Set an Airbnb Custom Discount, pick a couple of days, 20%discount and Airbnb will do some promotion for your listing.

Turning on Instabook even temporarily will boost your display.  I suggest set your notification days and minimum stay higher than 1 day if you use
