How to pay your cleaner a flat fee and/or a percentage

Just wanted to share that there is still a way to pay your co-host the cleaning fee directly from Airbnb and still do percentage for management fees. Instead of going to Account Settings and Payouts, on your computer in hosting mode, 

Click on Listings at the top

Click on the listing you want to pay

Scroll down to Co-Hosts and select

On the right, click on the co-host cleaner

Click on Payouts

Select either to pay the cleaning fee or to pay the cleaning fee plus a percentage. 

So happy this feature didn’t actually disappear! You’ll need your co-host and their bank account already set up. Delete any percentage split under your Account Settings if you had it set up there.
