Sorry,  just so frustrated.    I just need someone anyone that can fix my account.  It's just so screwed up and I have been calling for 3 weeks.  I need to talk to someone who can make a decision  or put me on hold to get a decision!  All I get is they are going to escalate my call.......I'm not sure how that will help when no one calls back and i received a computer generated email back!

They owe me $4000.  back from July.  I hope they make my mortgage payments.

@Karen3464 two self help questions:

1) Have you checked the payout route for your account - Does it still send the money to the right place?

2) What does your transaction history say re the missing payments.

No one can get a phone number for the team you need help from. Someone like @Emilie may be able to kick (they use the nicer word nudge) Airbnb into action but if that fails then its the small claims court I am afraid.
