I have contacted so many airbnb representatives, and have been transferred several times. They have tried to close my claim multiple times without speaking to me. They told me that a supervisor would be contacting me and it's been 4 days. I need to speak to someone who can actually help and that has authority. How do I go about doing this?
I received a message this morning stating that they are closing the case. They did not speak to me directly, and I still need to explain what happened. So I'll be opening up another case...
