I don't get money from pay out year 2017/2018/2019, contact airbnb 2 months still don't get money

Now I got 25 case, guest check out but money stuck in pay out. 

Airbnb action very slow... I contact team from November 2018 u till now. 

 

Still don't get money. 

How can I do?

i got help from airbnb .... but still have  many case. need to follow up .
