Do I need a specific contract between me and the building manager when renting the property you plan to list. Also where can I locate it at.

@Robert6547 do you own the place you want to list. Info you will need a specific agreement from the owner for short term rental. If you own the listing then as long as your building/condo association allows short term rental then you are good to go.
