I got delisted and some fishy emails/calls keep coming from Authbridge asking for uploading documents in their website. I raised a concern with Customer Support and they specifically asked to not upload anything with third party.

Now when I check the case, some random msg comes saying upload in Authbridge, makes me think- AirBnb is hacked.

What do you mean by "delisted" ?

I see on your profile an experience ("Pottery retreat") , which is apparently still active.

Hello @Tania1071, Thank you for sharing this in the community.

I just took a look at your profile and noticed you have an experience listed called Pottery Retreat. Are you referring to this listing, or is it a different one, perhaps related to your property listing? Any information you can provide would be helpful in sharing future advice.

I also wanted to share an article related to Authbridge for better context.

Regards,

Hi @Tania1071

if you receive an AuthBridge request, check that the email domain is @  Airbnb . com or an official AuthBridge verification link from Airbnb and the request also appears in your Airbnb account notifications.

Completing it usually keeps your account verified and avoids listing restrictions.
