I have a potential guest trying to book a stay at my home, but cannot get verified due to picture issue.

Apparently Airbnb are unable to find the camera. He has been been trying for 3 days now and sent numerous e-mails and contacted them by phone. He has requested a call back today and still hasn't heard from them. Is there anything I can do to help him? I really don't want to lose a 2 month booking.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Karen3233  No, there is nothing you can do. The guest has to work it out with Airbnb.
