Hi, I want to Airbnb my townhouse style home (no garage),  but I do not want to host. I'd like to hands-off, co-host my spare room as a starting point and eventually Airbnb the entire house if things go well. I have some health standards that need to be adhered to and neighbors to consider. Is there a simple way to connect with someone without the host connection service, it does not work for my area.
