I would like your tips to rise the visitors to my place, I started a week ago and I do t have any visitors yet!! Kindly s that normal at the beginning?? Please advise.

Hi @Rafah1  - we are new to air bnb since the start of the year, I followed a lot of the advice on air bnb such as offering the introductory promotion of 30% off on your first 3 bookings and also turned on the dynamic pricing to start after that. I believe that air bnb will promote your property when you have the introductory offer switched on. Also since you are in Jeddah there is a lot of traffic from the expat community, particularly weekend trips from Dubai or for oil and gas consulting work, it might be worth doing some research on Facebook to find community groups or forums to share your property link with.
