Hi @Joshua1049 ! Since you posted a few days ago, did you hear back from the Support team regarding the tax charge? What did they say?

 Thank you for your message, and sorry for the late reply. I just found it 😞

 For the occupancy taxes, I applied HST account, but don't want to charge guests more, that means it is included in my listing price. I think Airbnb charged more than 15% services fees plus  HST plus occupancy tax, that's too much for the guest.
