I've had an account since 2015 - it has vanished!

I've had an account since 2015, I tried to make a booking recently but was unable as the system messaged that my identity could not be verified. So I uploaded a picture of my passport - and as a result, my account records no longer exist. It says I have joined in 2025...  I have not changed my email or phone number for a few years so want to know how to recover my account. 

I am a host so want the past reviews to be available along with all the details of my property that no longer appear.. Please can you let me know how to recover my account? thanks so much
